ESPN promoted VP/Audience Development NATE RAVITZ to Senior VP/Digital Content. Ravitz oversees digital editorial (including all the sport-by-sport coverage), audience engagement, mobile alerts, SEO, content insights, the copy desk and digital video production in both English and Spanish (ESPN).

The Big East Conference named former Syracuse Univ. Athletics Productions Exec Producer & Manager SCOTT HECHT Senior Associate Commissioner/Broadcasting. At Syracuse, Hecht oversaw all aspects of Syracuse athletic events airing on the ESPN and ACC Network platforms. His start date with the Big East will be July 11 (Big East).

The Penguins named former NBA Kings VP/Health & Performance TEENA MURRAY Senior VP/Integrated Performance. Murray will "oversee the team’s strength and conditioning staff and rehabilitation, sports science and medical staff" and will report to GM RON HEXTALL (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE, 6/17).

The Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company named former USL Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC President VIC GREGOVITS Exec VP/Sales & Marketing. His primary responsibilities will include overseeing all of the company's strategic marketing efforts as well as a dedicated focus to new sponsor and partner development for the HOFV, Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls, Hall of Fame Village Media and the company's emerging gaming and entertainment vehicles. Gregovits will report to President & CEO MICHAEL CRAWFORD (HOFV). 

N.Y.-based esports and entertainment brand NYXL promoted Head of Partnerships KAI MATHEY to CRO. As the first person to hold that role with NYXL, Mathey will drive the company's revenue efforts and lead strategic commercial alignment across all NYXL divisions, including content, creative and consumer products. She also will oversee all marketing and public relations efforts for the NYXL brand and its competitive esports teams: the New York Subliners (Call of Duty), the New York Excelsior (Overwatch) and the New York Fury (Valorant) (Kevin Hitt, SBJ).

Ticket Solutions named former Learfield Amplify Exec GM CALLEAGH DARBY Dir of Partnerships (LinkedIn).

ESPN named former Vinik Sports Group Corporate Counsel LAURA FRAWLEY Counsel (LinkedIn).
