The Earthquakes promoted Exec VP JED METTE to COO, VP/Strategy IAN ANDERSON to Chief Strategy Officer and VP & General Counsel D'LONRA ELLIS to Chief Legal Officer. The promotions coincide with recent VP hires overseeing marketing and operations (Earthquakes).

The Lions promoted MIKE DISNER to COO, BRANDON SOSNA to Senior Dir of Football Administration, GINA NEWELL to Senior Dir of Football Operations and JESSE GIAMBRA to Team Operations * Head Coach Administration Manager. Meanwhile, the team also promoted LANCE NEWMARK to Senior Dir of Player Personnel, BRIAN HUDSPETH to Assistant Dir of College Scouting, JOE KELLEHER to Assistant Dir of Pro Scouting and ADEMI SMITH to Scout.

Arizona State Senior Associate AD/Media Relations MARK BRAND "submitted his formal resignation" on Thursday. Brand had been with the school for "nearly 40 years." Brand handled media requests for the "football program for both local and national media," and under his guidance, the ASU football program "has had one of the most media friendly policies with not just the head coach but all assistant coaches and players made readily available regularly" (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 6/17).

The Sports Facilities Companies promoted Cedar Point Sports Center Dir of Operations JUSTIN KIJOWSKI to CPSC GM, Ballparks of America GM TODD YANCEY to Account Exec and CPSC GM WES HALL to Account Exec (SFC).

Oregon State women's basketball named former Texas Tech assistant coach ERIC ELY Dir of Player Personnel. Ely was previously with Oregon State from '10-20, most recently serving as Assistant AD/Women's Basketball. Ely in '20 was among Oregon State athletic department's "personnel pandemic cuts" (Portland OREGONIAN, 6/17).
