CBS Sports golf commentator NICK FALDO signed on as a Hidden Links Global Brand Ambassador and a "number of its sister companies" -- Golfpac Travel, Tee Times USA and Go Play Golf Gift Card. Hidden Links "books golf tours" to Scotland, Ireland, England, Wales and other European destinations. The partnership “makes sense” since Faldo now lives in the Orlando area, but was born just north of London. Golfpac Travel and Tee Times USA “profess to be the largest golf tour operator” in the U.S. (, 6/30).

NAMES: NFL free agent WR ODELL BECKHAM JR. commissioned a painting -- of himself -- to “commemorate the up-and-down season he endured” in ‘21, which he began with the Browns and ended a Super Bowl champion as a member of the Rams. The painting, done by artist CHARLIE FAILURE, “depicts two near-opposite versions of Beckham acknowledging one another” (N.Y. POST, 6/30)....Diageo hosted its first-ever sports partner summit Tuesday and Wednesday, featuring 50+ representatives discussing the role that sports plays in their marketing plans and introduced partners to key stakeholders. IN MEMORYCASEY MOTTER, the Braves’ public address announcer since ‘07, died Wednesday at 53. A cause of death was “not announced” by the Braves. Motter’s voice has been “synonymous with Braves home games” at Turner Field and Truist Park. He was a lifelong Braves fan (ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION, 7/1).
