Grant Norris-Jones serves as Vice President, Global Partnerships, for UFC®, the world’s leading mixed martial arts organization, where he is responsible for developing and driving new business strategy and sales.
He has been instrumental in securing several of UFC’s largest deals involving major brands, including DraftKings, Jose Cuervo, Kraft Heinz, Modelo, Monster Energy, Netflix, and ZipRecruiter.
In 2021, UFC reached one of the largest integrated sponsorships in its history when DraftKings became UFC’s first official sportsbook and daily fantasy partner in the U.S. and Canada. The deal centered around a project Norris-Jones led for several years – the new proprietary and innovative UFC Fight Clock, which has since become a staple of UFC events.
Norris-Jones has been a major contributor to UFC’s Global Partnership team during a period when they have almost tripled their revenue, setting new company records each of the last several years.
He joined UFC in May 2017 following two years with FanDuel, Inc., where he served as Director of Integrated Partnerships. Prior to FanDuel, Norris-Jones spent three years with the NBA, most notably as part of the team that secured the first-ever timing partnership with a major North American sports league, when Tissot became the Official Timekeeper of the NBA, WNBA, and NBA G-League.
Among other achievements, in 2017, he was recognized by Forbes in its prestigious 30 Under 30 in Sports feature.
A native of the United Kingdom, Norris-Jones earned his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Southern California and his Masters in Psychology from Cambridge University.
