Lorraine Spadaro is Vice President of Business Relationship Management for global hospitality and entertainment provider Delaware North, a position she assumed in 2019. She reports to CIO Jeff Wilkinson and oversees technology deployments for Delaware North Sportservice as part of leading a team that manages technology and business alignment for all of the company’s subsidiaries. Spadaro has lead Delaware North’s effort to move toward a contactless, cashless, frictionless guest/fan experience with 24 new technology implementations, including mobile, autonomous and self-checkout systems.
Spadaro has been with Delaware North for nearly 30 years at the company-owned-and-operated TD Garden in Boston, where she most recently was Vice President of Technology and Solutions. Over more than a decade she has led all technology and digital operations and advancements for TD Garden, the Boston Bruins and Sportservice in Boston. Spadaro has overseen the implementation of numerous upgrades to TD Garden's IT infrastructure, including solutions for high-density Wi-Fi, ticketing, parking, customer relationship marketing and analytics. She led the technology enhancements for the $70 million renovation of the arena in 2014-15 and its $100 million expansion in 2018-19, including significant technology upgrades for concessions, retail and premium areas of TD Garden.
