Senior Director, Marketing, Frito-Lay

Christina Clarke leads Frito-Lay North America marketing teams to deliver portfolio growth initiatives and investments across the single serve/immediate consumption business, multiple large scale retail activations and regional activations. 

She is also responsible for more than 80 sports league, team and player sponsorships, including Frito-Lay’s partnership with the NFL. At the beginning of the 2016 NFL season, Frito-Lay offered an unprecedented series of fan opportunities to experience the NFL with a Drew Brees Experience, an International Series Experience (trip to the NFL game in London), an EA SPORTS Madden NFL Experience and a Super Bowl LI Experience.

She led the partnership efforts with music icon Garth Brooks and the Fritos brand last fall. As part of the partnership, consumers who purchased a bag of Fritos Corn Chips could use a code on the bag to get a free download of Brooks' song, "Baby, Let's Lay Down and Dance." 

Since 2006, Christina has worked in various positions within Frito-Lay North America focusing on marketing, innovation and shopper marketing. 

Christina served as Committee Chair for the Network of Executive Women Texas Region from 2009- 2013. Christina is active in her community, having served on various unit and district BSA Board level positions over the past 10 years and is the recipient of the Award of Merit and William D Boyce Award.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Christina had more than seven years of marketing and advertising experience as well as seven years of business operations management experience. 
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Business Marketing from Arizona State and an MBA in International Business from the University of Phoenix.
