Ryan leads the team in sponsorship strategy, consulting, property management and activation to enhance AT&T’s brand reputation and competitive advantage. Since 2013, Ryan has led the evolution of the role of sponsorships at AT&T by leveraging the power its network to exceed the demands of increasingly empowered and connected fans – From transforming the modern fan experience with the seamless integration of mobile technology at AT&T Stadium to strengthening and future-focusing the company’s position in golf with its partnerships of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am and AT&T Byron Nelson and 2015 PGA Tour Player of Year Jordan Spieth, to its leadership position College Athletics as a Corporate Champion Partner of the NCAA and the Presenting Sponsor of the College Football Playoff National Championship. For their results and efforts, the team was recognized as the Sports Business Journal’s 2015 Sports Sponsor of the Year.
Ryan brings a diversified background in CPG marketing from leading various teams and driving growth in successive roles in brand management, local marketing, innovation & sustainability and sports & entertainment marketing at MillerCoors, Inc. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and lives in the Dallas area with his wife & daughter.
