Kenyatta Bynoe

Vice President, Global Marketing and Partnerships, Spalding

Kenyatta Bynoe, Spalding’s vice president of global marketing and partnerships, is an accomplished Marketing Executive with a 20-year career that encompasses demanding leadership roles and delivering innovative, 360-degree marketing strategies across advertising, media, digital/social, PR, and experiential disciplines that elevate brand equity. Bynoe is known for bringing game-changing perspectives to the table and developing branded entertainment partnerships across key lifestyle platforms. 
At Spalding, Bynoe holds direct accountability for pioneering the brand’s global marketing strategy, campaign execution and e-commerce across all marketing communication touch points. She oversees the partnership with the NBA as their official basketball and backboard. Her successes include building and leading a talented team, exploding digital and social media engagement and boosting NBA association and brand favorability.
Previously, Bynoe served as a Senior Brand Advertising Manager for Jeep/Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, in which she led communications strategy and execution for the Jeep brand. Accordingly, she designed cutting-edge lifestyle, sports, music, cause and entertainment marketing initiatives, attracting new consumers by broadening the focus on digital/social media and branded entertainment.
Prior to this, Kenyatta was recruited by Microsoft as Senior Lifestyle Marketing Manager to raise awareness, engagement and trial of the Windows portfolio of software, services, and devices among millennials. She engaged targeted segments and influencers across sports, fashion and music lifestyle platforms leading to unprecedented brand partnerships that bridged Windows technology with consumer passion points.
Her early career was in the automotive industry in marketing and customer relations roles for Volkswagen of America, Jaguar Cars, Porsche Cars North America and EDS – Chevrolet Motor Division. 
Kenyatta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University. Residing in Nashville, TN, Kenyatta enjoys mentoring, music, sporting events, traveling and culinary arts.
